Gable is a small people-strategy shop. We take a few firms at a time. The name is the architecture: a gable is the pitch that sheds weather. We are in the business of load paths, not slogans.
How we sit
Discovery is forty minutes. If we can help, you’ll get a written cut — scope, days, what “done” looks like — within a week. If we can’t, we’ll say that too, and name who we’d call instead.
Work happens in your operating meetings, not in a war room we invent. We write in plain sentences. We do not leave you with a portal.
Who you’ll meet
Two principals, both former in-house: a CHRO who ran a 1,400-person manufacturer through a sale, and an employment counsel who got tired of arriving after the damage. We bring an investigator or a compensation analyst when the file needs one. We do not staff a pyramid.
Faces stay off this site. The client asked for rooms, not a headshot grid. You’ll meet us on the consult.
Where
Based in the Greater Toronto Area. Most of the work is in Peel, York, and the downtown core. We travel when the room is worth the train.
